Fraxel® lasers
Patients throughout Fairfax and Northern Virginia come to our office for Fraxel® laser treatments - Fraxel Dual, Fraxel re:pair, and Fraxel re:fine. Dr. V refined treatment protocols are designed to address a variety of skin concerns, including sun damage, age spots, melasma, fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, surgical scars, and uneven skin texture. Additional Laser Treatments
Nd: YAG
This is a high-powered laser which is used to remove unwanted hair from the face and body. With a 1064 nm wavelength, Nd: YAG laser can penetrate deep into your skin cells and destroy the hair follicles completely without harming the surrounding cells and tissues.
Nd: YAG laser treatment is effective in removing unwanted hair from the face, neck, armpits, arms, legs, chest, back, and bikini lines. Depending on the area being treated and the amount of hair growth, you might have to undergo anywhere from 5 to 8 sessions.
Nd: YAG laser can be safely used on all types of skin. After the initial course of treatment, you might have to undergo a few maintenance sessions to prevent new hair growth.
Limelight IPL:
Limelight intense pulsed light (IPL) is a highly advanced, non-invasive laser treatment that can treat a host of skin issues – from hyperpigmentation to uneven skin tone, brown spots, fine lines and wrinkles, and superficial veins.
We use a state-of-the-art Limelight handheld device for skin rejuvenation treatments. The broad-spectrum light produced by the device breaks down the melanin deposits without causing any damage to your skin.

ProWave Laser Hair Removal Treatment
ProWave light therapy is a painless alternative to traditional hair removal methods like shaving, waxing, and electrolysis. It can produce permanent results and help you keep your skin smooth and hair-free for a long time.
In this method, a highly concentrated pulse of light is directed at your skin. The heat generated by the light pulse completely destroys the hair follicles in your skin.
