WHAT TO EXPECT
After our Prodigy Peel System you should expect redness for 3-24 hours after treatment and moderate flaking to mild peeling for 3-5 days. Your skin will be sensitive to heat and light for up to one week, so make sure to protect your skin with SPF of 50 or more, avoid the sun, and wear hats. You may also experience tightness and itching for up to one week.
For our Prodigy Peel Pro System you will have a more reactive experience. Expect redness for 3-7 days with moderate flaking to mild peeling for 4-10 days. Your skin will be sensitive to heat and light for up to two weeks, so make sure to take the same precautions as above for that time period. For this treatment, you may experience tightness and itching for up to two weeks.
AT HOME MAINTENENCE
Apply your at-home daily peel after cleansing, before your serum and moisturizer. These at-home peels can still help exfoliate and give you plumper skin from underneath. At-home treatments offer less dramatic results then in-office treatments, but they require no downtime, and can be done to maintain results in between appointments. Ask your esthetician about when you can use the Active Peel System with our Prodigy Peels.
